Intro to Bellydancing Workshop

My name is Luxandra Díaz: I am from the Dominican Republic, I started in bellydance in 1992 and since then, I love dance, I teach it, and I perform all kinds of activities created in the art the corporal expression and its elements. It allows us to express all our feelings from the depths of being and the evolutions of our whole body, and spiritual development. Come with us to awaken all those emotions.

This workshop is an introduction to Bellydancing which includes a sample performance, history of bellydance, instruction for beginner level, body positivity, meditation, and visualization.
